Club leaders make an ongoing commitment to volunteering. Minnesota 4-H supports club leaders with a number of important guides and other resources.

We each have different experiences, backgrounds, values and beliefs that make us who we are. All are welcome in Minnesota 4-H. These diversity resources can help volunteers integrate diversity and inclusion practices with positive youth development and apply them in 4-H.

Health information for adult volunteers

Health information is required for individuals who travel out of their county as a Minnesota 4-H volunteer. This information should be entered directly into the volunteer profile in 4HOnline. If accessing 4HOnline is not an option, use the health information page of the volunteer re-enrollment form.
