Coordinate and/or develop a sustainable shooting sports program in partnership with youth, parents, community partners, and 4-H staff.
Create a safe, consistent, and positive environment for learning about shooting sports and wildlife while teaching knowledge and skills to youth in a specific shooting sports discipline (air rifle/pistol, archery, shotgun, muzzleloading).
Create a safe, consistent, and positive environment for learning around wildlife, outdoor education and natural environments.
Guide youth in learning around wildlife habitat and natural environments through the 4-H WHEP project
