This 75-minute online training is open to Minnesota 4-H volunteers, potential volunteers and youth leaders as part of our statewide volunteer development webinar program. While the content is geared towards new club leaders, anyone providing leadership and support to a 4-H members' experience will benefit from the material.

This training may be offered in person locally in your county or region. Connect with your Local Extension Educator to learn about training offerings locally. If you cannot attend a local training, there are two statewide webinar dates for you to choose from.
October 8, 7:30 - 9:00 pm
November 10, 6:30 - 8:00 pm
In this training participants will reflect on their reasons for being part of the 4-H organization. In groups they will generate data about their club/program experience that will culminate in setting goals for this 4-H year. The process used in this training, models goal setting and management for youth. Youth will gain skills they can apply in setting their individual goals or when working with other groups.
