Accounts & class lists for federations & councils

Minnesota 4-H has established a standard chart of accounts and class list to be used in all counties. (Updated May 2021)

• The chart of accounts cannot be altered in any way and must be used as written to ensure consistency across all counties.

• The class list does have some flexibility. There are seven "parent" classes (highlighted in green) that cannot be changed.  The federation/council can set up sub-classes under each parent class to align with their budget and match more closely to the events and activities in their county.
